Equipment for the Classroom and Field

Our Education division is built around the AV directors, IT and Distance Learning teams, and the faculty who keep classrooms and lecture halls running — the people who get called when the projector won't talk to the laptop five minutes before a 200‑student lecture. We understand how your purchases are made and rolled out: standardized across dozens of rooms, installed between semesters, supported by a help desk that can't afford a one‑off.

Your sports teams may be your biggest alumni outreach and marketing assets — monetize those assets while meeting the standards required by the big broadcast networks.

Where we specialize

01

Lecture capture & classroom AV

Cameras, encoders, displays, and audio that turn any room into a hybrid-ready classroom — recording, streaming, and amplifying lectures clearly for the students in the room and the ones joining from anywhere.

02

Auditorium & large-venue production

Multi-camera systems, switchers, projection and large-format displays, and house audio that let a campus produce live-sporting events, convocations, performances, and daily school news broadcasts at a professional standard.

03

District & campus standardization

Standardize a classroom kit and roll it out across dozens of rooms — sourced consistently, documented for your help desk, and backed by a dedicated specialist.

Built for faculty and IT, ready for a campus expansion.

Your campus AV equipment has to satisfy two audiences at once: faculty who need it to work when class starts, and IT teams who have to support, secure, and standardize it at scale. We assist for both — reliable systems that drop into your existing standards and that your team can actually support.

We can also design with room to grow. As your campus-wide needs expand, we can utilize your fiber network backbone as the equipment moves to IP based transmissions — so a building you equip today integrates with the campus backbone of tomorrow instead of becoming an island.

Questions teams ask us

Can you support hybrid and remote learning?

Absolutely. We are knowledgeable in multiple capture and streaming systems that record and broadcast classes to remote students, integrate with the platforms you already use, and stay simple enough for any instructor to start with a button.

Can you help us migrate to IP video / ST 2110?

With campuses typically housing an existing backbone of CAT and Fiber cabling, we can assist easily with your upgrade path. As your campus adopts networked AV, the systems we spec can migrate you toward IP video and SMPTE ST 2110 distribution without ripping out what's installed today.

Can you standardize the technology across an entire district or campus?

Yes — standardization at scale is a core education focus. We help you define repeatable kits, source them consistently, and document them so every room behaves the same way and your support team only has to learn one system.

How does procurement work for schools and districts?

We work with the budgets and timelines education buyers actually have, and can phase purchases across fiscal years or grant cycles. Many of our vendors provide education discounts so you can get today's technology at a more affordable price.

Can you schedule installation around our academic calendar?

While we don't handle the installations ourselves, our list of talented integrators will plan installs around your calendar — over breaks, between terms, or in summer — and can phase the work room by room so teaching is never disrupted.
