In-House Production & Live Sports

At CineBits, we know the care and responsibility surrounding the people who run the show — the corporate studio manager who keeps a global comms calendar on schedule together with a tight crew, and the sports operations tech who feeds the broadcast, the scoreboard, the league subscription stream, and the in‑stadium boards from the same control room. We've seen both seats. We know what a corporate meeting room looks like at 4:30am before an earnings call, and what Saturday marathon baseball leagues demand with parents from around the country watching with passion, unwilling to miss a beat of the stream. We spec knowing the demands of the role and requirements for success.

Let's discuss your needs

Built for the people running the show

01

Corporate in‑house production — built lean, runs alone

Studios for the team of one or two shooting, lighting, and editing executive interviews, in-house trainings, an earnings call, and a customer marketing piece in the same week. Cameras, switchers, lighting, storage archiving, and streaming sized to fit a converted conference room and run without a hired crew.

02

Sports streaming & multi‑camera venue production

Large, diverse camera packages — handhelds at the sidelines, robotics behind the plates, slow‑mo cams, full-field fixed positions — feeding the broadcast, scoreboard, stream, and in‑stadium screens from one setup. Game after game, monetizing while spreading that team spirit.

03

Broadcast trucks & mobile production rigs

From ENG to full mobile production trucks built to roll, set up at the venue, and broadcast on schedule. Our design team can spec builds custom to the truck's model and company's budget — IP where it earns its keep, fiber where the team prefers it, full backup paths where the show can't go down.

Time may not be on your side, but the equipment needs to be.

Your meeting or game has to air at a specific moment, and the team running it doesn't get to ask for more time. Corporate is juggling brand standards, legal review, executive scripts that change five minutes before record, and a comms calendar that doesn't slow down. Sports is on a game clock with the league, the advertisers all expecting a clean delivery, and replay has to work every time it's called for.

Both industries benefit from designing workflows with smaller teams in mind from the get-go. When you're wearing multiple hats, you need to know each step of the way is working as it should so your attention can be focused on the minutia, not troubleshooting gear.

Corporate and Sports focused questions

My broadcast truck is out of date and in need of an upgrade. Can you help?

Of course! Whether starting fresh or upgrading, we can take your truck layout and spec rack by rack precisely what you need down to the cable routing: cameras with fiber backs, switchers, encoders, audio mixers, graphic overlays, and custom configs. IP where it pays for itself; SDI where the team prefers it. We've built trucks from sports networks to narrative cinema production.

We already provide multi‑cam broadcasts but need to add production value without the overhead. How can you help?

Local sporting venues need diverse camera packages — handhelds, slow‑mos, fixed positions, scoreboard cams — but your budget may not support a larger team. Smart camera tracking systems can now be deployed and controlled remotely, allowing for dynamic shots, while removing the manual aspect of camera movement. Technology has come a long way.

We need clean feeds sent...everywhere. Can the same gear do all of it?

Yes — multi‑output routing is built in from the start. Most stadium control rooms feed the in‑house scoreboard system, the broadcast partner's truck (or the venue's own), a league's subscription stream, and the social team's vertical‑clip extractor from one production. We spec the routing, multi‑format output, and encoding stack to handle every downstream destination without adding a separate box per destination.

We're a comms team running a lean studio. How can you help?

Lean is the default, not the exception. Most of the corporate teams we work with run with one or two people and a calendar that doesn't slow down. A lot of your build can be pre-designed and programmed for speed and efficiency. Tell us your needs and your headcount and we'll back into a build that works for both.
