The Core SWX SNAP-KOMU is a direct-mount interface plate purpose-built for the RED® KOMODO™, allowing seamless use of Powerbase Edge Snap batteries. It mounts directly to the camera’s BP-style battery plate, offering a low-profile, cable-free power setup ideal for streamlined rigs and handheld use. The plate maintains access to the camera’s DC input, enabling uninterrupted hot-swapping between AC and battery power. With Snap batteries attached, the KOMODO communicates remaining battery percentage and runtime directly on the camera’s display for real-time monitoring and precise power management on set.

Functionally similar to our CXV-KOMU V-mount solution, the SNAP-KOMU is tailored for Snap battery users looking for a lightweight and travel-friendly configuration. It also features a 2-pin Lemo output to power essential accessories such as monitors, transmitters, or focus systems. Whether you're working in studio or on-location, the SNAP-KOMU offers an efficient, professional-grade power interface designed to keep KOMODO users powered with confidence and clarity.
