Frequently Asked Questions
What is the most efficient way to label camera filters during a shoot?
Magnetic filter tags offer fast, reusable labeling directly on filter trays or matte boxes, saving time versus adhesive or tape methods and reducing labeling errors.
Will these tags fit non-Kondor Blue matte boxes?
Yes. The tags are universally sized for standard 4x5.65" trays, compatible with most professional matte box systems from brands like Tilta, ARRI, and SmallRig.
Are the tags reusable and erasable?
The write-on surface is dry erase compatible, allowing for quick relabeling as filter kits change per shoot. For best results, use a dry erase or grease pencil.
How durable are the tags under heavy use?
The tags use impact-resistant polymer with embedded magnets, tested for daily rig handling and frequent relabeling without warping or demagnetization.
Is there a warranty?
All Kondor Blue accessories, including these tags, are covered by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty for defects and on-set damage.
