Anton/Bauer is the pioneering force behind many of the battery technologies that have become industry-standard in the world of broadcast, video and cinema. Formed in 1970 when ABC cameraman Anton Wilson partnered with his Cornell roommate, electrical engineer George Bauer, the company gave the industry the Gold Mount, the PowerTap port, and the first viewfinder fuel gauge. Now part of Videndum's Production Solutions division, Anton/Bauer powers everything from mirrorless rigs to large shoulder cameras for ENG and EFP.
